The purpose of this shoot was to visualise some of the strong emotions that I was feeling at the time. In showing the final images to others however, I realised that what I had made inspired a wide range of different feelings  and interpretations that I had never considered. One of my goals was to achieve some sort of photographic catharsis along with a deeper understanding of myself. Having achieved that, i'm happy to leave the "true" meaning ambiguous- and to take joy in hearing how the viewers interpret it.
